We have a general "Plan A" that gives us a general blueprint of how to treat most people's pain.  Most people can acommodate it in their schedule, and we are here six days a week to make attending therapy as easy as possible.  We are very easy going about last minute rescheduling as well.  However, we've been privileged to meet many people with unusual demands on their time.  Some people in this area have quite insane schedules.  I have actually had a patient who, the next day, would be leaving for a scientific expedition in unpopulated regions of the Australian Outback, and wanted to know what we could do in 45 minutes that might help over the next few months.  People with these issues certainly deserve care too.

"Plan A" generally works best.  Experience has shown us what frequency and duration of care works best with the vast majority of people with certain conditions.  But if you travel freqently or will likely have unexpected hiccups in your schedules, we will do all that we can in whatever time is available.  We also spend time on developing helpful home/hotel exercises, work on the ergonomics of travel and go through what to do if you're in pain quite far from home.
